Tips to setting better goals:
1.) Go to a fitness group class
2.) Try a new exercise (for me box jumps)
3.) Weight loss goal closer to your actual weight shoot for 5 lbs less even if you want to lose more.
4.) Try to add more weight or reps
5.) Aim to do an extra 5 minutes of cardio
6.) Eat 6 servings of veggies or don’t drink soda
Goals are good but don't get to crazy. Be simple and realistic.
